Path: Application Forms > Approval Flow Settings
The system offers two levels of approval process, and allows customization of the approval levels for applications. The feature Open API Key Management is to sign off the application sent to Applications for API Key.
In the Level 1 field of the application category, select the role from the drop-down menu for the first approval level.
After selecting the role to approve, click Save for the system to save and exit.
