Role Mapping

Path: AC User Management > Role Mapping

When adding a new user and roles need to be assigned, the roles that can be assigned will be displayed according to the permissions of the creator’s account.

Create Role Lists

  1. Click Create to access the creation page.

  1. Click by the Role* field to access the role list, and search for the role.

  1. Click on the icon by the Assignable Roles* to select the authorization to assign for this role, and click Confirm.

Multiple roles can be selected from the assignable role list.

  1. Click Create to save and exit.

Search Role Lists

Enter keywords in the Keyword Search field to search for the roles list.

Update Role Lists

  1. Search for the role to modify, and click on theicon to proceed.

  1. Access the role list update page; if more role lists need to be added, go to the Assignable Roles field and click on the icon to add the new role. Click on the icon to delete it.

  2. Modify the desired fields, and click Update to save and exit.

Delete Role Lists

  1. Search for the role list to delete, and click on the icon to proceed.

  1. A warning prompt displaying the message “Confirm Delete?” will pop up. Click Confirm to delete the role list and exit.
