Webhook

In this section, you can find instructions on how to leverage webhooks to receive real-time notifications when specific events occur and integrate with third-party platforms for further processing.

Create Webhook
Click Create to access the creation page.

Fill in the data or make selections as instructed below. The fields marked with “*” are required.
Notify Name*: Specify the name of the webhook notification.
Status: Select the status of the webhook. Options include Active and Dormant, with Dormant as the default.
Notify Type*: Specify the webhook type. Options include Line (LINE), Email, Slack, Discord, and Http, with Http as the default.
Line (LINE):
Authorization*: Specify the authorization information.
To: Enter the recipient ID.
Notification Sound: Select or clear the checkbox to enable or disable the LINE notification sound. Enabled (checked) by default.
Message: Enter the content of the notification message.

Email:
Subject*: Enter the email subject.
Recipients*: Specify the recipient email address.
Message: Enter the content of the notification message.

Slack:
Url*: Specify the webhook URL.
User Name: Specify the sender name.
Icon emoji: Enter an emoji for the sender icon, such as :rocket:.
Channel: Specify the target Slack channel, such as #alerts.
Message: Enter the content of the notification message.

Discord:
Url*: Specify the webhook URL.
User Name: Specify the sender name.
Avatar url: Specify the URL of the sender avatar image.
Message: Enter the content of the notification message.

Http:
Mode*: Select from form-data, raw, and x-www-form-urlencoded.
URL*: Specify the webhook URL.
Header: Manage HTTP request headers. Click on the
/
icon to add/remove a header. Each header item includes:Key: The header name.
Value: The corresponding value.
Body: Manage HTTP request body items. Click on the
/
icon to add/remove a body item. Each body item includes:Key: The parameter name.
Value: The corresponding value.

Click Create to save and exit.
Search Webhook
Enter keywords in the Keyword Search field to search for the desired webhook, and use the Status field to refine your search.

Import and Export Webhook
To modify multiple webhooks at once, click Export to export the webhooks as an .xlsx file. Modify the desired fields, click on the
icon, and then click Import to import the modified file without renaming it.

View Webhook
Search for the webhook to view, and click on the
icon to proceed.

View the webhook details.

Update Webhook
Search for the webhook to modify, and click on the
icon to access the update page.

Modify the desired fields, and click Update to save and exit.

Delete Webhook
Search for the webhook to delete, and click on the
icon to proceed.

A warning prompt displaying the message “Confirm Delete?” will pop up. Click Confirm to delete this webhook and exit.
