User AI Prompt Template

In this section, you can find instructions on how to configure user AI prompt templates to enable quick and repeated use.

Create User AI Prompt Template

1. Click Create to access the user AI prompt template creation page.

1. Fill in the data or make selections as instructed below. The fields marked with “*” are required.

• Consumer ID*: An identifiable consumer ID. This field relates to Consumer Type*.

  • If Consumer Type* is set to User, enter the user’s email address.

  • If Consumer Type* is set to Client, enter the client name.

• Consumer Type*: Specify the consumer type. Options include User and Client, with User as the default.

• Template Name*: Specify the AI prompt template to be applied.

1. Click Create to save and exit.

Update User AI Prompt Template

1. Search for the user AI prompt template to modify, and click on the icon to access the update page.

1. Modify the desired fields, and click Update to save and exit.

Delete User AI Prompt Template

1. Search for the user AI prompt template to delete, and click on the icon to proceed.

1. A warning prompt displaying the message “Confirm Delete?” will pop up. Click Confirm to delete this user AI prompt template and exit.
