# User AI Prompt Template

In this section, you can find instructions on how to configure user AI prompt templates to enable quick and repeated use.

#### Create User AI Prompt Template

1. Click **Create** to access the user AI prompt template creation page.

2. Fill in the data or make selections as instructed below. The fields marked with “<mark style="color:$danger;">**\***</mark>” are required.

* **Consumer ID**<mark style="color:$danger;">**\***</mark>: An identifiable consumer ID. This field relates to **Consumer Type**<mark style="color:$danger;">**\***</mark>.
  * **If Consumer Type**<mark style="color:$danger;">**\***</mark> is set to **User**, enter the user’s email address.
  * **If Consumer Type**<mark style="color:$danger;">**\***</mark> is set to **Client**, enter the client name.
* &#x20;**Consumer Type**<mark style="color:$danger;">**\***</mark>: Specify the consumer type. Options include **User** and **Client**, with **User** as the default.
* **Template Name**<mark style="color:$danger;">**\***</mark>: Specify the AI prompt template to be applied.

3. Click **Create** to save and exit.

#### Update User AI Prompt Template <a href="#toc212821897" id="toc212821897"></a>

1. 2. Modify the desired fields, and click **Update** to save and exit.

#### Delete User AI Prompt Template <a href="#toc212821898" id="toc212821898"></a>

1. Search for the user AI prompt template to delete, and click on the ![](https://3495903199-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F0choIC1BbdPOkKWOYGgk%2Fuploads%2FCLHKXGcYxiUl1t5QHIVQ%2Fimage.png?alt=media\&token=40b12a9b-d54a-4fc6-b1ab-520b46dc731b) icon to proceed.

2. A warning prompt displaying the message “**Confirm Delete?**” will pop up. Click **Confirm** to delete this user AI prompt template and exit.
