# AI Prompt Template

In this section, you can find instructions on how to manage reusable AI prompt templates for system or shared use.

#### Create AI Prompt Template <a href="#toc212821891" id="toc212821891"></a>

1. Click **Create** to access the AI prompt template creation page.

2. Fill in the data or make selections as instructed below. The fields marked with “<mark style="color:$danger;">\*</mark>” are required.

* **Template Name**<mark style="color:$danger;">**\***</mark>: An identifiable template name.
* **Status**<mark style="color:$danger;">**\***</mark>: Select to **Enable** or **Disable** the AI Prompt Template, set to **Disable** by default.
* **Content**<mark style="color:$danger;">**\***</mark>: The prompt content used to guide AI responses.
* **Remark**: Additional notes or descriptions for internal reference.

3. Click **Create** to save and exit.

#### Search AI Prompt Template <a href="#toc212821892" id="toc212821892"></a>

Enter keywords in the **Keyword Search** field to search for the desired AI prompt template, and use the **Status** field to refine your search.

#### Update AI Prompt Template <a href="#toc212821893" id="toc212821893"></a>

1. 2. Modify the desired fields, and click **Update** to save and exit.

#### Delete AI Prompt Template <a href="#toc212821894" id="toc212821894"></a>

2. A warning prompt displaying the message “**Confirm Delete?**” will pop up. Click **Confirm** to delete this AI prompt template and exit.
