AI Prompt Template

In this section, you can find instructions on how to manage reusable AI prompt templates for system or shared use.

Create AI Prompt Template

1. Click Create to access the AI prompt template creation page.

1. Fill in the data or make selections as instructed below. The fields marked with “*” are required.

• Template Name*: An identifiable template name.

• Status*: Select to Enable or Disable the AI Prompt Template, set to Disable by default.

• Content*: The prompt content used to guide AI responses.

• Remark: Additional notes or descriptions for internal reference.

1. Click Create to save and exit.

Search AI Prompt Template

Enter keywords in the Keyword Search field to search for the desired AI prompt template, and use the Status field to refine your search.

Update AI Prompt Template

1. Search for the AI prompt template to modify, and click on the icon to access the update page.

1. Modify the desired fields, and click Update to save and exit.

Delete AI Prompt Template

1. Search for the AI prompt template to delete, and click on the icon to proceed.

1. A warning prompt displaying the message “Confirm Delete?” will pop up. Click Confirm to delete this AI prompt template and exit.
